Spike Sales NOW!

Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 23, 2026

Spike Sales, LLC (“Spike,” “we,” “us”) operates spikesalesnow.com (the “Site”) and the products available through it, including the Advisor Toolkit. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us:

  • Contact and inquiry details — name, email address, phone number, company, and anything you include when you fill out a form, book a call, or contact us.
  • Account details— name, email, and login credentials when you create an account. Authentication is handled by our provider Clerk; we don't see or store your password.
  • Payment details — processed by Stripe. We receive your name, email, transaction amounts, and card type/last four digits, but never your full card number.
  • Business information you choose to share with us as a client or prospective client.

Information collected automatically:

  • Usage and device data — IP address, browser type, pages visited, and similar log data collected by our hosting provider and our authentication service for security and operations.
  • Cookies — we use cookies that are necessary for the Site to function (for example, keeping you signed in and processing checkout). We do not currently use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18; the Site is for business use by adults.

2. How We Use Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide the Site, memberships, and services you request, and manage your account and billing;
  • Respond to inquiries and booked calls;
  • Send service communications (receipts, renewal notices, account and legal updates);
  • Send marketing communications you've signed up for — every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link;
  • Send text messages only if you've opted in (see Section 3);
  • Maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations;
  • Understand how the Site is used so we can improve it.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising.

3. Text Messaging (SMS)

If you opt in to receive text messages from Spike Sales NOW! — for example, by submitting a form on the Site, booking a call, or texting us a keyword — we'll use your number to send the messages you signed up for. Depending on your opt-in, these may include: replies to your inquiry, appointment confirmations and reminders, account and service notifications, and (only if you expressly consented to them) marketing and promotional messages.

  • Consent is not a condition of purchase. Agreeing to receive texts is never required to buy anything from us.
  • Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
  • Opt out anytime by replying STOP to any message. After you text STOP, we'll send one final message confirming you've been unsubscribed, and you'll receive no further texts unless you opt in again.
  • Get help by replying HELP to any message or emailing spike@spikesalesnow.com.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of sharing described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent: that information will not be shared with, or sold to, any third party — excluding the messaging platform providers and carriers that act on our behalf solely to deliver the messages to you.

4. Who We Share Information With

We share personal information only with service providers who process it on our behalf, under contracts limiting their use of it (and, per Section 3, SMS opt-in data and consent are never shared with anyone for marketing purposes). Our current providers include, for example:

  • Clerk — account creation and sign-in
  • Stripe — payment processing
  • GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) — our CRM and communications platform, which stores contact records and powers our forms, email, scheduling, and course portal
  • Vercel and Amazon Web Services (AWS) — website and application hosting and cloud infrastructure
  • Google Workspace and Google Cloud — business email, document storage, and infrastructure

We may add, replace, or stop using providers of these kinds — hosting and cloud infrastructure, authentication, payments, CRM and communications, analytics, and similar operational tools — as our business evolves. Any provider we use is limited to processing your information on our behalf under the terms of this policy.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or others' safety, or as part of a business transfer (merger, acquisition, or sale of assets) — in which case this policy would continue to apply to your information.

5. Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes above — generally, while your account or client relationship is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal, tax, and record-keeping purposes. You can ask us to delete your information (Section 7).

6. Cookies and Do Not Track

You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking necessary cookies may break sign-in and checkout. Because we don't engage in cross-site tracking, we don't respond differently to “Do Not Track” signals — there's nothing to turn off.

7. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live (including under the California Consumer Privacy Act), you may have the right to:

  • Know / access the personal information we hold about you;
  • Correct inaccurate information;
  • Delete your information;
  • Opt out of marketing at any time (unsubscribe link in every email; STOP for texts);
  • Non-discrimination— we won't penalize you for exercising your rights.

To exercise any of these, email spike@spikesalesnow.com with your request. We'll verify your identity (usually by confirming control of the email on file) and respond within the time required by law. We don't sell or “share” (as defined by the CCPA) personal information, so there's no sale to opt out of.

8. Security

We use commercially reasonable safeguards — including encrypted connections (HTTPS), reputable infrastructure providers, and access controls — to protect your information. No system is 100% secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

9. Where Data Is Processed

We're based in the United States, and our service providers process data in the U.S. If you access the Site from elsewhere, you understand your information will be processed in the U.S.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll post the updated version with a new “Last updated” date, and for material changes we'll provide additional notice (such as email to account holders).
